What we collect
We store your verified email, account ID, private map prompts and revisions, operation history, token usage and billing records, and ratings and comments you voluntarily submit as feedback. OpenAI processes map requests, Resend sends sign-in emails, and Stripe handles payments. Terrainio does not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to create and edit maps, recover your account, calculate token usage, prevent abuse, and provide support. We use your feedback to improve map quality and the product. We do not publish private maps or use private prompts as public examples without permission.
Retention
Saved maps and financial records persist across sign-ins. Contact support to request deletion or export. Records required for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained separately.
