Refund & Cancellation Policy

Token packs
Tokens are purchased once, with no recurring charge. Email team@terrainio.com from your payment address to request a refund, including the charge date or receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Token adjustments
Refunds remove tokens from the corresponding purchase. Tokens used to cover a negative generation balance count as used. If those tokens were used, further AI spending may pause until support resolves the balance. Saved maps and downloads remain available.
Failed AI work
Rejected, failed, cancelled or unchanged operations are not billed to your token wallet. Any temporary reservation is released.
Existing subscriptions
Legacy subscribers retain the cancellation and refund terms agreed at purchase. Email team@terrainio.com to manage a legacy subscription.
