Terms of Service

The service
Terrainio generates and edits Roblox terrain and native objects. Exports include a terrain setup script; custom gameplay scripts are not generated. Browser lighting and terrain appearance are approximate. The editor does not accept arbitrary Roblox place imports. Terrainio is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Prepaid tokens
1,000 tokens for $5 · 4,000 tokens for $15 · 10,000 tokens for $30. All prices are in USD. These are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Paid tokens do not expire and are not cash or transferable currency. Your purchase receives the token quantity shown at checkout.
Generation access and usage
Clicking Create map or Modify map starts the request and authorizes its token usage. Usage varies with the work required and is bounded by a server-enforced limit. The final charge and remaining balance appear when the operation finishes. Unused reserved tokens return to your balance; unsuccessful operations do not charge your wallet. A confirmed token purchase is required to create or edit maps. Signing in does not grant tokens. Existing balances remain unchanged. Paying accounts with a balance of zero or more can start a request, even if it cannot cover the maximum reservation. An accepted request can finish with a negative balance. Add tokens before starting another request; purchases first cover that negative balance. Availability and abuse controls still apply. Viewing and downloading owned maps remain free.
Existing subscriptions
Existing subscription customers retain their purchased terms and legacy generator access. This editor does not automatically cancel, convert or reset existing subscriptions or their balances.
Refunds and support
Contact team@terrainio.com from your payment email to request a refund. Returned payments revoke only the corresponding purchased tokens. Tokens used to cover a negative generation balance count as consumed. If those tokens were consumed, further AI spending may pause pending support review. Your saved maps remain accessible. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Outputs and acceptable use
You may use generated maps in your Roblox experiences. Verify map quality and add gameplay in Roblox Studio. Do not share account access, abuse payments or payment disputes, disrupt the service, or violate applicable law or Roblox rules.
Availability
Terrainio is a beta service. Keep downloaded copies of important maps. Contact support if an operation or payment fails.
