What we collect

We collect contact details you send us, subscription metadata from Stripe, a secure token cookie for the generator, and standard Google Analytics pageview data. Stripe handles card details; Terrainio does not see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use this data to provide the service, support customers, manage billing and refunds, send payment-related emails, and improve the site. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Retention

We keep contact and subscription records only as long as needed for the service, billing, support, and legal obligations. Google Analytics data follows its configured retention period.

Your rights

Email team@terrainio.com to ask what data we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Material policy changes will appear on this page with a new update date.
