What we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name and email address. When you subscribe, Stripe collects payment details and sends us subscription metadata such as your email, customer id, payment status, and billing period; we do not see or store your card number. The website may store a secure token cookie so the web generator can submit terrain jobs for your subscription. When you visit the site, Google Analytics records standard pageview data — anonymized IP, referrer, page path, user agent, and approximate location.

Why we collect it

We use contact details to reply to support requests, deliver the subscription token, send payment-related emails, and manage refunds or cancellations. We use analytics to understand which pages developers find useful so we can improve them. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and subscription records as long as needed to provide the service, handle billing, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (1) tell you what data we hold about you, (2) correct it, or (3) delete it. Email team@terrainio.com from the address you signed up with and we'll action the request within 30 days.
