What Terrainio is
Terrainio is an AI tool that generates Roblox terrain from a text prompt. You describe the world you want, choose a size, and click Generate; the Terrainio Roblox Studio plugin then adds the terrain directly into your Studio project. The paid product is an API access token that authorises the plugin to call the Terrainio generation service. Terrainio is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Beta access
Access to Terrainio is currently invitation-only. Submitting your name and email on the Request Access form puts you on the waitlist; it does not guarantee access. We may grant or deny access at our discretion.
Billing & subscriptions
Terrainio Beta is sold as a monthly subscription: USD 4.90 per month for 50 terrain generations. The subscription renews automatically every month on the anniversary of your first payment and your card is charged in USD at that time. The subscription continues until you cancel it. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal; the new price applies only to renewals after the notice period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The simplest way is to email team@terrainio.com from the address you paid with and ask us to cancel — we will action it within one working day and confirm by email. Once a self-serve customer portal is available we will email you the link; cancelling through the portal is one click. After cancellation your API token continues to work until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops automatically.
Refunds
We offer a full refund of your most recent monthly payment on request, no questions asked. Email team@terrainio.com from the address you paid with and we will refund the charge to your original card within 5–10 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank). Refunding a payment also revokes the API token issued against it. See the Refund Policy page for the full process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to (1) reverse-engineer the service, (2) use it to generate content that violates Roblox Community Standards or applicable law, (3) resell or relicense outputs as a generic terrain product, (4) share your API token with people outside your team, or (5) abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users.
Output ownership
Terrain you generate with Terrainio is yours to use in your Roblox experiences. We retain the right to use anonymized prompt and parameter data to improve the model.
Disclaimer & liability
Terrainio is provided 'as is' during the private beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes
We may update these terms. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
