What you are paying for

Terrainio Beta is a monthly subscription. For USD 4.90 per month you receive 50 terrain generations and an API access token that lets the Terrainio Roblox Studio plugin call the generation service. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund of your most recent monthly payment on request, no questions asked. Email team@terrainio.com from the email address you paid with, mention the date of the charge, and we will refund it. There is no time limit window within the current billing month, and you do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original card via Stripe and typically reach your bank within 5–10 business days. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months beyond the most recent payment; older months are not refundable.

What happens to the token after a refund

Refunding a payment also revokes the API access token that was issued against that payment. The Terrainio plugin will stop authenticating against our service. If you change your mind you can subscribe again at any time; a new token will be issued.

How to request a refund

Send an email to team@terrainio.com from the address you paid with. Include the charge date if you can — it speeds things up, but is not strictly required since we can look you up by email. You will get a reply within one working day confirming the refund has been actioned. The money lands back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to cancel without a refund

If you simply want to stop future charges (and keep using your token until the end of the month you already paid for), email team@terrainio.com and ask us to cancel. We will action the cancellation within one working day and email you a confirmation. Your token stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops automatically. No further charges will be made.

Self-serve cancellation (coming soon)

We are rolling out a Stripe-hosted customer portal where you can cancel, update your card, and download invoices yourself. Once it is available, the link will appear on your post-payment receipt and on this page. Until then, the email route above is the supported path.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we will refund you straight away and a chargeback only delays the money reaching you. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in your account being closed.
