The shape that works
RPG terrain should have 3–6 distinct biomes that meet at navigable transition zones,
named landmarks players can describe ("the dragon's peak", "the green isle"), and varied
verticality so combat feels different per region.
- 3–6 distinct biomes with hard color identity.
- Walkable transitions between regions (river, pass, valley).
- One "hero landmark" per biome — a peak, an island, a canyon.
- Iteration speed is the unlock; re-prompt the world weekly during pre-prod.

Common questions
Can Terrainio generate a contiguous multi-biome world?
Yes. Describe biomes by direction or region in one prompt — "snowy north, marsh east, desert south" — and the generator places them with navigable transitions.
How do I keep landmarks consistent across regenerations?
Lock specific regions: generate biome-by-biome inside the Studio plugin, and only re-roll the regions you don't like.
